Better Business: Scaling for Impact with Rob Pierre, co-founder and CEO of Jellyfish

What

The Drum Network Better Business sessions explore how to achieve consistent and sustainable growth for you, your clients and your people.

This time we’ll be looking at how to design your agency for future growth with the CEO of Jellyfish, a business which among many other accolades, took the top spot at The Drum’s Top 100 Independent Agencies.

Rob will talk you through how he has successfully moved away from what he called a ‘jobs factory’ model and scaled his business to over 2300 people in 47 offices worldwide in the process. He’ll also be sharing his advice for others starting out and some of his hardest lessons learnt.

We’re also looking for you to share your success stories and will be opening the session up to hear from other Network CEOs and leaders.

Why

Scaling your company quickly and effectively is a challenging business. Much has been written about the benefits of moving from a vertical, more hierarchical system to a horizontal structure, but there are also many scare stories of how it all went wrong. What better than to hear from someone who’s recently made the change and hear about the impact the new organisational infrastructure has had on the business’ growth?

When

Wednesday September 29, 1-2pm BST, Online.

Who

For CEOs, founders and agency leads of Network members.
