The age of AI-powered Search

Despite Elon Musk’s dire warning of AI’s imminent danger last year, marketers are busy wading past the AI fear and risks. In fact, marketers are facing an overwhelming level of data from media channels, inventory and audience fragmentation.

Over the last decade both search and display based marketing have shifted in order to help consolidate and bring order to the data and to increase advertising effectiveness. The shift has happened on two fronts:

First, in the move from placements or keywords to targeting specific audiences.
And second in the movement to reach those specific audiences from human based buying and optimization to AI based buying and to optimization.

Join The Drum, in association with Bing, in the session where we discuss how search, programmatic and native based buying are converging around data on intent, and audience based buying.

Panelists include:

  • Geoff Colon, Head of Brand Studio of Microsoft Advertising, Microsoft
  • Jim Kensicki, Managing Director, Search & Social Media, Catalyst, a GroupM and WPP Agency
  • Christine Song, Senior Connections Planner, RGA
  • Stephen Lepitak, Editor, The Drum (moderator)

In addition to an insightful panel session, The Drum Arms will also offer attendees of the event the opportunity to experience Bing’s AR/VR sculpture experience. This is definitely something you won’t want to miss!
