Subscription platform OnlyFans has launched a streaming platform and app designed to show it has more to offer than the personalized pornography the brand has become (in)famous for.

OnlyFans TV (OFTV) offers free original video content spanning fitness, cooking, comedy and music

OnlyFans TV (OFTV) offers free original video content spanning fitness, cooking, comedy and music produced by creators for their fans to enjoy wherever they may be via mobile devices and smart TVs.

Launched in 2016, OnlyFans has attained notoriety as a marketplace for the sale and purchase of original content, typically of a pornographic nature, which can only be accessed by paying customers. Now OFTV will seek to shatter these preconceptions by offering a range of more wholesome content free of charge.

The on-demand streaming service already hosts over 800 videos authored by 100 OnlyFans creators, providing members with a new way to engage with creators such as Cheri Fit, Yoga with Taz, and Tennis Class with Adi.

Tim Stokely, OnlyFans founder and chief executive, said: “From the onset of launching OnlyFans, we have been a creator-first platform to give creators further autonomy and power over their content. We’re all about giving creators more opportunities to get their content out there and more ways for our community to access it.”

Following the mantra that content is king, OnlyFans has also premiered season two of Unlocked, a platform original hosted by Casey Boonstra, who interviews creators while they partake in a series of mini-adventures.

OnlyFans has grown to count over 130 million registered users and 2 million content creators worldwide.
