In September, we asked our agency contacts to take part in a survey. Its goal was taking the temperature of the industry going into the fourth quarter; to help us understand your needs in order to support you and provide solutions. 

126 agencies from 31 different countries took part, representing a broad section of the community. 

Faced with abrupt, global changes in consumer behaviour, agencies and the brands that employ them have found the old rules no longer apply. People stopped commuting. Shoppers bought online, or bought less altogether. Social gatherings dwindled.
